Established in 2014, BCA is a boutique corporate finance firm, specialised in M&A advisory and capital raising. Our founding partners are entrepreneurs and investors themselves; they understand the daily challenges founders face because they have been there themselves (many times). They know the questions to ask to get to the heart of every business proposition. But unlike many other advisory firms, the partners you meet are the ones who roll up their sleeves, do all the work and open up their extensive networks.
We have made a deliberate choice to remain focused and bespoke in our service offering. As a consequence, we are highly selective, and only work on mandates where we believe we can add the most value and create the highest returns for all stakeholders.
Our careers have enabled us to build a trusted and wide ranging network of investors spanning HNWIs, Venture Capital, Wealth Managers, Family Offices and PE Funds. Our investors have varied preferences and investment criteria, so one of the key skills we provide is matching the strategic ambitions of your business with those of potential investors and acquirers.
